You could always make these the night before and send them to school in a Thermos . Add some fresh veggies and fruit for a few side dishes for them. This is the first year I’ve used the Thermos containers for hot food for the kids’ lunches. So far so good. I usually just heat up their food in a microwaveable bowl and then pour it into the Thermos.
One of my favorite blogs to follow for healthy food options is 100 Days of Real Food. I’ve been following her for years and learned so much along the way. Back when I first started reading her blog, she had about 20,000 FB Fans and is now up almost 1.5 million! As you can see, several others have discovered what I have and it’s that it’s a very useful resource for information.

Thanks, I Heart the Mart!
Plan Ahead: You can turn this into a great gift set by adding some favorite foods, etc. I pick up things like these and just add stuff to them, like some of the freebies I get, throughout the year to make a complete gift set.
Note: The dimensions are 13.4″ x 4.7″ x 8.7″, per product info. So it’s going to be more like the size of a lunch bag than a tote bag.
