Washington DC (It’s the Side Deal)- Get $50 worth of personalized gifts (Greeting Cards, T-shirts, Mugs, etc) from Zazzle for $25.
Queens – $35 worth of gourmet coffees, teas, and gifts from Joe’s Coffee House for $15. I love that they sell flowering teas. These make for some fun tea parties with the kids. (Thanks for those, Mrs. Moneysaver!)
Chicago – $30 for $60 in Salon Services at 4 Elements Salon

Brookfield Zoo: Free Kid’s Days August 16th – 18th, 2010
Brookfield Zoo is having “Free Kid’s Days at Brookfield Zoo” from August 16-18th, 2010, thanks to Meijer. Children 11 and under will get their general admission for Free. Adult tickets are $13.50 and parking is $9.
Zoo hours those days are 9:30AM – 6PM.
I heard this on the radio when I was out yesterday. I thought it might be a way for some of you to save a little money going to the Zoo this year.

Illinois Railway Museum: Day Out with Thomas 2010 Dates
The Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois is having their “Day Out with Thomas” again this year. The dates for the event are:
Friday August 13 – Sunday Aug 15th
Saturday August 21st – Sunday August 22nd
The Ticket price is $18.00 each. All riders of the train with Thomas the Tank Engine™ who have passed their second birthday must have a ticket. Day Out With Thomas tickets include one train ride with Thomas the Tank Engine™ for the trip specified on the Day Out With Thomas ticket, unlimited rides on all other trains and streetcars; all entertainment (puppet shows, live music, magic shows, etc.); and access to all Museum exhibits on the date specified on the ticket.

Jewel: Deal on Kellogg’s Cereal
Jewel has a 4-Day Sale this week on Kellogg’s Cereal that goes through Wednesday, July 28, 2010. When you buy 4 boxes of participating Kellogg’s Cereal (or Quaker Cereals) you’ll get them for just $1.75.
Well, RedPlum just released some $1/2 Kellogg’s Cereal Printable Coupons that can sweeten that price down to just $1.25 when you use two $1/2 coupons and buy 4 boxes.
Just thought I’d share in case you were running low and needing more to stockpile.

For those of you in the Chicago Tribune delivery area, here’s a possible deal for you. Groupon’s deal of the day for Chicago is a 1-year subscription (Sunday only paper) to the Chicago Tribune for just $13. That averages out to just $.25 a week!
