Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution: Season 2 Starts 4/12/11

Some of you had mentioned how you wanted to see the next season of Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. I just got an email from their newsletter announcing that it was going to start airing again on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 on ABC at 8PM EST/7PM CST.

Just thought I’d mention in case you wanted to set your DVRs to record it.

Jamie is on a mission to bring better food to our schools –and to teach healthier eating habits. I’ve learned a lot about various foods from watching last season so I am definitely watching it again this year.

What’s New?: bareMinerals Skincare Moisturizers, Cleansers and Treatments

I have mentioned a time or two that the only line of make-up that I can use is bareMinerals, due to allergies. I’ve tried so many types and have only come to find luck with bareMinerals. So I was happy to hear that they are releasing a new line of Skincare Moisturizers, Cleansers and Treatments. I’m anxious to try them out as I’m sure they are the same quality of their make-up line.

Powered by 100% pure RareMinerals Active Soil Complex, enjoy increased cell turnover, fewer fine lines and wrinkles and the famous bareMinerals Naturally Luminous glow.

Sounds like something I could learn to love! :) I’ll be hosting a giveaway for some of their products real soon–so keep your eyes open for that posting! In the meantime, I wanted to share with you that this new line is out and you can read more on the Moisturizers , Cleansers and Treatments at those links.

They are also coming out with a new book called Pinkalicious and the Pink Pumpkin on July 26, 2011.

What’s New?: Shred-It With Weights Pre-Order

As most of you all know, I’m working on Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred this month. My friend Keri Lyn, my younger sister and even a few of you have volunteered to join me in this adventure. (Thank you so much!)

What’s New: EA Sports Active: More Workouts!

OK, so this isn’t a “deal” posting but one of those, “Hey, did you know this existed?” ones. I just found out this weekend that there’s a new addition to the EA Sports Activeand it’s called EA Sports Active: More Workouts.

If you’ve been following my blog for any time, you know how much I love the EA Sports Active. It’s seriously like your own personal trainer right in your own living room. So you better believe that this new one’s on my Christmas list! :)

I just wanted to share the news with you, in case you were like me and hadn’t heard it was coming out on November 17th. You can pre-order it on Amazon for $36.99 right now.

If you have a Wii and are looking for an exercise “game” that’s a little less expensive, my favorite one is My Fitness Coach. And another good one is Gold’s Gym Cardio Workout.

I was just wondering if any of you have tried Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 or The Biggest Loser Wii Games?

The best way for me to try to stay fit is to always keep my fitness routines fresh by switching up what I use or do. With the weather getting a little bit chillier now, I may add a little running back in until the snow/ice starts.

And if there’s anyone from Wii out there—I’d love to product test any of these–and I’m sure my readers would love a good Wii giveaway (wouldn’t you?!) So keep us in mind!
