One of my favorite blogs to follow for healthy food options is 100 Days of Real Food. I’ve been following her for years and learned so much along the way. Back when I first started reading her blog, she had about 20,000 FB Fans and is now up almost 1.5 million! As you can see, several others have discovered what I have and it’s that it’s a very useful resource for information.
Lisa has published a new cookbook that is releasing on 8/26/14 called: 100 Days of Real Food: How We Did It, What We Learned, and 100 Easy, Wholesome Recipes Your Family Will Love. It’s currently $17.99 on Amazon for a hardcover book. (Keep in mind that prices flip fast on Amazon!)
