Target: Deals after Coupons

December 3, 2012

I made a stop at Target this week and I wanted to share a few of the things that I saw that you can save money on using coupons:

Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa $1.19 on Price-cut – Earn a Free Kraft Marshmallow Bites ($1.49 value) wyb3 – Buy 4
*Use 2 – $.50/2 Swiss Miss Cocoa Target Coupons
FINAL PRICE = $3.76 for 4 boxes of cocoa and marshmallows – You could use these to make Hot Chocolate Cones!

NOTE: Some Target stores will only accept one of their coupons per order. In that case, use only 1 coupon and it would be $.50 higher at your store–you also only need to buy 3 boxes in that case for freebie.

Dial Hello Kitty Foaming Soap $1.84 – Buy 2
*Use $1/2 Dial Hello Kitty Target Coupon
*Stack with 2 – $.50 Off Dial Hello Kitty Manufacturer Coupon
FINAL PRICE = $1.68 for Two or $.84 each wyb 2.
(Thanks, Totally Target for this one!)

Bar Keepers Friend $1.75
*Use $.50 Off Bar Keepers Friend Coupon
FINAL PRICE = $1.25

Comet 2X Bleach $1.09 on price-cut
*Use $.35 Off Comet Coupon
FINAL PRICE = $.74

Those last two might come in handy for getting your house clean for the holidays! You can check out FlyLady for How to Shine Your Sink–great article!

Don’t forget these other deals:

~Juicy Juice Fruitfuls for $.99
~Deal on Yahtzee and Jenga
~Stackable Holiday Ziploc Coupons
~Inexpensive Napkins/Placemats, etc.
~Inexpensive Small Bagged Coffee

I went to my local Target to get the Hormel party trays that were on sale only to discover my Target does not carry them! What a disappointment. I am getting tired of printing Target coupons, clipping them and planning a shopping trip and then to find out “oh, we don’t carry those items”. Don’t put the coupons on the Target website if the items are not available everywhere.

A lot of the food coupons are geared towards SuperTargets. Do you have a SuperTarget or just a Target that has some groceries?
