A few days ago, I shared a posting with you on how you can Eat Organic on a Budget at Whole Foods Market. I was extremely lucky to have been given a $100 Whole Foods Gift Card to tackle the challenge of making a week’s worth of meals with it. It was a lot of fun finding recipes to use and coming up with the items I wanted to buy with my money. For me, it doesn’t get much better than an Organic food shopping spree!
