Over the past few years, I have been working on switching my family over to healthier foods and brands. Along the way, I stumbled onto a company called Wild Planet. I had found a deal for their tuna online and I figured, why not, I’ll try it. It was a great decision on my part as it really opened my eyes to the difference in how foods can taste. They sell items such as canned tuna, salmon, and sardines. Since I’ve tried their canned tuna, I’ve become completely hooked! I like to use them in Tuna Lettuce Wraps, Stuffed Tomatoes, Tuna Sandwiches, Tuna Casserole, etc.

As with most foods that are of higher quality, the price is higher but in my opinion, the difference in taste and the overall practices of the company make it worth it. They have some great information on their site on why their products have higher Omega 3s and Lower Mercury. I was shocked when I saw the difference in numbers.
