When I was at my conference in Nashville last month, I had the privilege of meeting the folks at De Wafelbakkers. They were such friendly people and I was touched to see how much they truly cared about their products. Just meeting them made me want to support their company–and this is before I even tasted their products! The second I tasted their sweet potato pancakes, I was sold! LOL. They were honestly so sweet and delicious that I didn’t feel the need to add any syrup to them.

Breakfast can sometimes be a crazy time in our household as we are scrambling to get ready for school or work or just prepare for what’s to come during the day. The nice thing about their pancakes is that they are super quick to make. For example, they advertise their buttermilk pancakes as “60 seconds to delicious.” They have several varieties to choose from including: buttermilk, blueberry, maple, minis, buckwheat berry, sweet potato and whole grain varieties, as well.
