One of the nice things about the Wii gaming system is that they provide a lot of games that help you also get in a good workout while having fun. This giveaway is for a NFL Training Camp for Wii for two of my lucky readers that win this giveaway.

This one has over 70 drills and challenges designed to improve strength, power and conditioning, as well as reaction skills, agility and first step quickness, all key areas NFL players focus on. It’s hard to believe this one sold for around $99 last year. If you do need to buy it, Walmart has it for $10 right now!
