This year my sister and her husband and my family are starting our own new tradition. Our father passed away in june and with are mother already gone, we decided we need each other more than ever,so they are spending Christmas eve night over my house and we are going out looking at lights and have dinner and then some hot chocolate by the fire while doing some crafts or playing games. And then they will see what Santa brought my 12 and 4 year old Christmas morning.

We make a paper chain and hang it all over the front room walls, and now my daughter is starting to do it.
