I fixed the posting. They are only $.69 and the coupon is $.50/2. They are still free. I typed that one way too fast. Sorry about that!
the manufacturer one says it cant be combined with any other offers. will this be a problem? im new to couponing.
No. You can stack a manufacturer’s and a store coupon without issues. One is redeemed by the store and the other is redeemed by the manufacturer so it’s considered two completely different offers.

The coupons say one per transaction. Some Target stores have the policy to limit you to only one each time you checkout. Others will allow you to use one per item. You’ll have to ask your store about their own policies.
