At select locations, you may see Driscoll’s new line of “Season’s Finest” Berries that are packaged with a purple label. These berries are larger, noticeably more red and they taste much sweeter. While I haven’t tried this special line of berries just yet, I have had their regular and Organic varieties and they are exceptional! I’m sure these are of even superior quality.     I will use mine for strawberries! We love to snack on them and my daughter loves them in her lunch. Normally I would make a Strawberry Cobbler but we’re on a “no white” diet so no sugar/no flour = no cobbler.

    This is a great recipe for strawberries or raspberries, which is what I would buy!

    Crustless Strawberry Pie
    Servings – 6

    Ingredients
    3 oz SF Strawberry Jell-o
    2 cups water
    4 cups strawberries
    1 package instant vanilla pudding dry mix

    Instructions
    Bring water to boil. Add pudding. Mix in Jell-o. Let cool. Arrange sliced strawberries in a pie dish. Pour cooled liquid over the strawberries and refrigerate until set.

    I would buy Driscoll’s organic strawberries if I won. My toddlers LOVE smoothies from our Vitamix (and it’s a great way to sneak in extra veggies/fruit into their diet). Strawberry/banana/blueberry/avocado with a little coconut milk and flax seed is one of our favorites!

    I would use them for strawberries! Every year, after Easter, we would put all our solid chocolate candy from baskets in the micro and dip strawberries in it for dinner! Yep! For dinner! That was it! The kids and parents looked forward to it immensely, and it improved the quality of chocolate the bunny left!

I make a fruit dip that my husband really likes: 1 Lrg. Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 1 Cup Milk, 1 Cup Sour Cream & 1 Cup Whipped Topping. Blend all together & chill till ready for dipping! Is great with all kinds of fruits. :)

    I would get blackberries. When I was a kid we grew them at our house. I would pick them (I’d also eat a few) and take them to my mother. She would use them to bake a blackberry cobbler. I love the smell of it cooking and can’t wait to eat it as soon as it comes out of the oven. I like to do the same for my family. I can’t wait to make some soon. Fresh berries are the best.

    Driscoll’s are the only berries that I will spend money on because I know that they will be good. Even the other well known brand that starts with a D aren’t even close to these berries. I don’t just “Like” these berries, I “Love” these berries.

    I love fresh berries! We love to add them in our yougurt! I make fruit salads often and let me 3 yr old help. We also use berries to bake into pies. YUM! Nothing beats fresh fruit with ice cream!

    We love Lemon-berry slushes, and pound cake with strawberries and whipped cream, so I would buy raspberries for the slushes and strawberries for the pound cake and then I would call my son-in-law, Tom and tell him to bring the kids over for a great treat!     I would use this to make a blackberry pie. I don’t use exact measurements, however, I would use sugar (about 1/2 cup), splash of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon, about one tsp of corn starch and 2 pints of blackberries, in a ready-made pie crust at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Yummo!
