UPDATE: Sounds like you need to live near a Kroger to get one, as some states are not listed in the dropdown.

Tried to request but is only for those who live near a Krogers
I tried to get one and it doesn’t have Kansas as a choice of state! So apparently you can only get one if you live near a Kroger.
