After I logged in, there was a box for the coupons in the left sidebar that I clicked to get my free coupon. There were also coupons for Free Science Diet Mobility or Simple Essentials Treats with Science Diet Healthy Mobility Dog Food Purchase, in case you buy that.

I got the Purina One Smart Blends coupon after signing into my Pet Perks account. Then when I went to the PetsMart mainpage and clicked on Coupons at the top I was able to print a coupon for a 6 oz pouch of Purina Pro Plan too. I was able to print 2 Smart Blends and 2 Pro Plan.
