Thank you! I saw this on CSWM’s site, but couldn’t locate the coupon via their link. I have now printed it and will pick up my mascara on my trip to Target tonight. I was in great need of a mascara coupon too!!
I went to Target today & cheapest mascara was $2.79 so will wait to see if put on sale.
The cheapest mascara by Rimmel at my Target (Tampa, FL) was $2.99. I still got it, but FYI for others looking in Florida.
CVS right now has a bunch of makeup for 75% off, Rimmel included. I got foundation, lip gloss, and 2 mascara all for under 2.00 and used the 2.00 coupons, making it all free.
i went to target to see if they hade it on sale they did but they were out of stock so was the clean and clear.
