My friend Keri Lyn and I were chatting about needing some much needed de-cluttering, organizing and life-scheduling time. It was then that I knew what would be the perfect choice for April.
About 8 years ago, I found the book called Simple Steps: 10 Weeks to Getting Control of Your Life: Health, Weight, Home, Spirit. When I found the book back then, I bought copies for my Mother, Sisters, Friends and several Co-Workers. We all enjoyed working on the series together.
Each week, you get four new “habits” to work on. Some are simple, things you probably already do– While others, are things to really work on. The idea is to get your life in some sort of control in 10 weeks. Well, I’ve always been a busy person and I found that we had more fun when we broke it down to 20 weeks and only focused on two a week.
I hosted my second coupon class a few weeks ago, and all of them received a copy of it then. I just wanted to take a quick moment to shout out a hello to them!
