		<description>i actually just signed myself up for the maine cancer society 5k this june! i haven&#039;t run in over a year, but i know exactly what you mean about running in springtime and how amazing it feels at the end (i actually have dreams about it during the snowy months). i also love that march is your &quot;buckle down and exercise&quot; month. sometimes when i don&#039;t manage to pull the trigger in january, i get discouraged. maybe this year march can be my month as well. thanks for the inspiration!</description>

I recently  worked out to Jillian Michaels DVD, 30 Day Shred. My legs ached for 2 days. The DVD was fun &amp; I love Jillian workouts.</description>
