I am a serious snacker too, and when organic carrots were on sale at Kroger a few weeks ago I got a few bags and I had been really trying to snack on those instead of salty or sweet snacks!  I never thought about doing like you said and reallyy asking myself &quot;am I really still hungry&quot;?  That&#039;s something I&#039;ll try for sure!
