There are so many things to learn when it comes to eating properly. Food charts. Calorie Counting. Good and Bad Fats. And then there’s portion-control! What amazed me the most, was the comment in the article that said consuming just an extra 100 calories beyond what we need daily can add an additional 10 pounds to our weight each year. So make sure you are eating the proper portions of your foods and dial them up or down as needed.
