So, above is my proof that I followed through with my challenge and made the sugared pumpkin seeds. And let me tell you, they are yummy! A nice little switch from the salted ones.
So today for lunch, I gave Nathan some dill dip from T. Marzetti’s, along with some sliced up baby carrots. He gobbled them up and asked for more. So it got me thinking…I have some dill weed here. I could probably make up my own. So this is my recipe challenge for this week. Dill Dip.
I started my online search for a great recipe. But, I’ve only been finding recipes that have sour cream and mayo. I was hoping for a healthier version for him, but I haven’t found one yet. I was thinking I might find one with a plain yogurt substitute but no luck.
